Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, you can contact us at cuddletrunk@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Important:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
